1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 90ok ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at 90ok.vu and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your relationship with 90ok. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

90ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a 90ok account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

Age Verification

90ok may request documentary proof of age at any point — including at registration, at first withdrawal, or following any flagged account activity. Until satisfactory verification is received, access to withdrawals and certain platform features may be restricted. Accounts where the account holder is confirmed to be under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

Geographic Restrictions

3 Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

KYC and Identity Verification

90ok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practice. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at various stages of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when significant changes are made to account details. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.

One Account Rule

Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one 90ok account. If multiple accounts are detected — whether registered with the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — 90ok reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice, void any associated bets or bonuses, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

You must only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and funds being returned to the original source pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and five business days.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), you must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries. 90ok reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Currency and Taka Amounts

Western Arabic numerals are used throughout (e.g., ৳20,000 — not Bengali numeral format). Any currency conversion costs incurred when depositing from international card methods are the player's sole responsibility.

Refunds

Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited to your 90ok account and used for wagering. In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect deposit or duplicate charge, please contact our support team immediately. Each case will be assessed individually and resolved in accordance with fair practice standards.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

90ok offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all 90ok promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement"). This means the bonus amount must be staked a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. • Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are fulfilled will be forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse

Behaviour that 90ok considers to constitute bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements, placing low-risk or mathematically near-certain hedging bets while a bonus is active, and participating in coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple players. Where bonus abuse is detected, 90ok reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and apply a permanent ban in serious cases.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the 90ok sportsbook, live casino, and slots sections of the platform. Category-specific rules are also published within each product area of the platform.

Sportsbook

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed.
• In-play bets are processed in real time and are subject to short delays for odds calculation. Bets accepted during a delay are binding at the odds at the time of acceptance unless a clear pricing error has occurred.
• 90ok reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on individual markets, events, or player accounts at its sole discretion.

Live Casino

• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome will stand as determined by the physical result. Any interrupted rounds will be settled on the basis of the recorded game data.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table and are displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding table maximums will be rejected at the time of placement.

Slots and Virtual Games

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including coordinated live casino play or fantasy sports manipulation.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform software. Any such exploits must be reported to support immediately. Winnings obtained through deliberate exploitation are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel provided by 90ok — including live chat — to harass, threaten, or abuse support staff or other players. Zero tolerance applies.
• Unauthorised commercial use: Accessing or using any part of the 90ok platform for commercial data harvesting, reselling odds data, or any other unauthorised commercial purpose without written consent.

90ok reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, access to withdrawals may be suspended without prior notice. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be closed, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be pursued where appropriate.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your 90ok account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method via the standard withdrawal process, subject to KYC verification being complete. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Involuntary Suspension or Termination by 90ok

90ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Duplicate account detection
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria (including age requirements)
• Chargebacks initiated against 90ok by the account holder's payment provider
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring account restriction

Where an account is closed by 90ok for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited and will not be returned. Where closure results from administrative or eligibility reasons unrelated to player misconduct, balances will be returned to the player after appropriate verification.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 90ok will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Players who reactivate their accounts before the dormancy period expires will not be subject to any charges. Detailed dormancy terms are available on request from our support team.

Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure of 90ok to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 90ok with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties relating to the subject matter herein. By continuing to use the 90ok platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.
